Ingredients
- • baguette, halved lengthwise 1
- • mushrooms, sliced 200 g
- • onion, sliced 1 small
- • Gouda or mozzarella, grated 150 g
- • ketchup 2 tbsp
- • garlic clove 1
Method
- 1 Sauté mushrooms and onion until golden; season.
- 2 Rub baguette with garlic, pile on mushrooms and cheese.
- 3 Bake at 220°C until cheese bubbles and edges crisp.
- 4 Drizzle with ketchup and serve hot.
