Oysters & seafood chowder
Ingredients
- • raw potatoes, grated 2 medium
- • mashed potato 1 cup
- • plain flour 1/2 cup
- • baking powder 1 tsp
- • milk 1/4 cup
- • salt 1/2 tsp
- • butter, for frying 2 tbsp
Method
- 1 Squeeze excess liquid from grated potato.
- 2 Mix with mashed potato, flour, baking powder, milk, and salt.
- 3 Fry spoonfuls in butter until golden on both sides.
- 4 Serve hot with sour cream or smoked salmon.
